All infractions and or suspected infractions will be vigorously investigated and may result in immediate termination of service.
• The hosting of material that infringes on any copyright, trademark and or service mark is strictly prohibited. This also includes the storage and transmission of pirated movies, music, software, ring tones or anything else considered “Warez”. Any authentic complaint received will be investigated and may result in termination of service.
• The hosting of defamatory, scandalous, or private information about a person without their consent, intentionally inflicting emotional distress or violating trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights.

Any attempts to undermine or cause harm to any of our servers is strictly prohibited. We hold no responsibility for the use of our clients’ accounts. Any account that abuses the resources and actions are not taken to desist the activity, calls for immediate deactivation without any refund.

Yes, we provide free back up solution with most of the plans. You as a HOSTINOR User agree that in no case, HOSTINOR can be held responsible for the loss of data in any circumstances.

We provide 7 days unconditional, no question refund. We may deduct 3% transaction charge to provide the refund. After 7 days if the client’s website is not working and our team unable to solve the issue on customer request we may perform a refund of remaining months. The refund is totally depended on our team verification. If there is no server related issue and having a script, coding or development-related issue we will not proceed any refund. Some products like Domain, SSL certiface do not come under the refund policy.

It’s a fact that physically unlimited server is not possible but we use big data server so we don’t put a cap on your hosting storage. But as fair usage, you must you the storage to store only the website coding files. We don’t allow to store backups, videos, music and personal files.
